Warsaw Transfer Service

Transfer to the accommodation provider is usually one of the best way to check-in right away after arriving by plane to the foreign city or country. By using the transfer service you save yourself from:

• seeking for ATM or Exchange service just to get Polish currency to pay for a transportation, which is paid with the payment for accommodation
• risk of getting overpriced by unauthorised taxi services
• risk of getting lost and spend a time seeking for your accommodation office

All that needs to be done after you pass the customs on Warsaw Airport is to notice the name (which was used for booking the accommodation) on the board held by a representative or in some other visible way displayed. The company that serves the transfer is usually one of taxi corporation, transfer service or the accommodation supplier.

All clients who book accommodation at our site during the reservation process in our Booking Wizard can order a transfer service from the airport as well as return transfer service.
What will be required is: time of arrival and flight number.
If those data are uncertain, or you would like to book the transfer later - no worries. Simply mail us (reply on the confirmation voucher mail) at least 48h before the arrival and we arrange the transfer service for you. Remember to provide the name of the person that should be displayed, the flight number, airport that flight departed, approx time of arrival.

After you have finished your reservation we will send you an email with the exact place where your drive will be waiting for you. It will be sent together with the reservation confirmation, or in separate mail.
